I always return to this hotel for my stay. The staff is helpful, even returning my forgotten shower bag. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, restaurant, swimming pool, spa, massage, flat-screen TV. Perfect for my city trips.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was great, just a short walk to the historic center and it was very peaceful. The staff treated me exceptionally well, making my stay even more enjoyable.

For breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have more variety.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with clean and well-presented spaces that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, tucked away in a peaceful area, yet still within easy reach of local amenities and attractions.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to parking and was pleasant from the outside. the rooms were spacious, clean, well-presented and warmed up. the reception staff was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable.

There were a few aspects which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. the conference room wasn't very functional, and the lack of English spoken by the staff made it difficult to operate the unmanned spa facilities.

We had a great overall experience at Green Hisar Hotel Family. It was very easy to find and the apartment was warm and comfortable. the staff were excellent and the bed in our room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the nice sauna and steam room facilities. the location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the historic center, and the area was peaceful. the hotel looked fresh and pleasant from the outside, and there was ample parking right in front.

The staff is super nice and friendly, and the spa zone is a lot of fun for kids. They even have a small hot pool - sauna, and steam bath.
